Jessica Parham, PA-C
Jessica is a co-founder of and provider at the skin project. She became board certified as a Physician Assistant in 2009 graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has practiced in multiple fields including urgent care, cardiology, and primary care, giving her a broad knowledge base to treat a multitude of skin conditions. She has always been interested in skin care which is why she is so passionate about helping others on their skin health journey. When not helping patients with their skin care goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband , two girls, and their goldendoodle. Her favorite procedures to perform and receive are microneedling with skin pen and neurotoxin. Her favorite skin care product is Epionce Lytic Gel Cleanser.
Lynette Womble, APRN-BC
Lynette is a co-founder of and provider at the skin project. Lynette started her career as a nurse in 1995 and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Nursing from Belmont University in 2004. She opened her own primary care practice, Womble Health Care, in 2008 which has been wildly successful and provided exceptional health care to numerous patients over the years. She brings her wealth of knowledge and business experience into co-owning the skin project. When not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her family and working out. Her favorite skin care product is Epionce Intensive Nourishing Cream. Her favorite procedure is Gold Infusion with toxin, filler, & PRP.
Brooke Nave, Medical Aesthetician
Brooke is the medical aesthetician at the skin project. She is a 2019 graduate at Paul Mitchell the school in Murfreesboro. While being in Aesthetician school, she was awarded Highest Number of Clients and Highest Number of Take-Home Sales. Now having six years in this industry, she has grown her knowledge and completed extensive trainings to better serve patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband & son, baking, being outdoors, and working out. Brooke's favorite products include: Epionce renewal facial cream, Revision C+ Correcting Complex, and Alastin Hydratint. Her favorite treatments to perform and receive is laser hair removal, microneedling, VI chemical peels, and eyebrow tinting.
Jaley Reed, RN
Jaley is our registered nurse and one of our injectors here. Jaley started her nursing career in 2022 as an LPN and moved on to get her RN at Motlow in 2024. She has a heart to give back in the medical field and also passionate about all things aesthetics. Jaley and her husband, Matthew will be welcoming a baby boy in November of 2024. She chose this field since she has struggled with acne and can relate whole heartedly to patients. She is excited to come along side her patients to in assist in their customized skin care journey and for each person to feel confident. Her mission is to help people regain their self-confidence and would love to be apart of that. Jaley is most eager for SkinPen Microneedling, Neurotoxin, and so much more!
Brooklyn Melson, Aesthetician
Brooklyn is one of our aestheticians here. She began to invest in her own skin health journey a few years ago, and this journey sparked an interest in the aesthetic industry. She has also always been passionate about helping others and found a way to combine those loves for her career. She graduated her aesthetician program in 2024. Brooklyn loves all things skin but is especially eager to add lash lifts, tints, and brow lamination to the skin project portfolio. She is so excited to bring her knowledge and experience to this team. When she is not helping others meet their skin care goals, she loves spending time with her husband Colton and her Saint Berdoodle, Duke.
